Q4. Where do you see Artificial Intelligence going? Will it be Data, The Doctor or something new? Do we need to fear it, embrace it or something in between?
AI or should I say AGI, is at a standstill, looking at the current advancements in Deep learning and Neural networks combined with Re-inforcement learning, NLP, Adversial learning and more Mathematic from the cliff of a Hill, and laughing at humans trying to “Climb the Hill”.
Be it Humanoids, artificial assistants like Siri, Cortana, Alexa, or if you will Doctor, are being worked upon. We still have a long way to go. As per my estimate, about 50 years.
We shouldn’t fear it. But try to be an active ‘helper’ in the upcoming AI revolution.
